Aruanã by Prime Suites, a luxurious and iconic development on the shore of the Itarema, Northeast Brazil, has raised the bar with another success in this year’s Central and South America Property Awards - winning a FIVE-STAR award for Brazil and a regional Award for Latin America as Best New Small Hotel Construction & Design.

The International Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized program throughout the regions.

To win an International Award at our first participation was already amazing. To win two years in a row is an incredible achievement for a startup company in the hospitality market. And all this during the worst possible time due to Covid and its impact on this industry.

Winning these awards is so important for us. It is a mark of excellence from an independent panel of over 80 industry experts judging on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. It will also increase investors' trust in our business model.

It is a tribute to the outstanding work of our architectural team from OliveThree and Visual Bytes, our interior designers.

Carefully selected material, and mindful interior architecture create a flowing feeling of space, of being outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic terraces break down the barriers to the incredible views to the ocean.
