THE PURSUIT FOR PRIME SUITES

TRAVEL LESS, TRAVEL BETTER.

For centuries people have been traveling to discover new cultures, visit the most unexplored sites, taste flavors never experimented before and live life changing experiences. Racing to cross off each new visited destination from a personal bucket list. Showing off travel journals with numerous cities and countries, and connections to each new culture that came across.
Within the last few months, all the world's population was forced to stop and change human behaviors completely. And as each day of social distancing and travel restrictions passes, it seems like our wanderlust grows and the urge to connect to the world is stronger than ever. Those faraway beaches seem more tempting, we are craving for health-enhancing experiences, restorative immersions in nature, spirit-lifting exercise in the open air and safe escapes for quality time with our nearest and dearest.
Does it mean that we all just cannot wait for the crisis to pass and to resume our race to new destinations around the globe? Could it be that the pandemic which forced us to slow down made us gain a new perspective on our previous lives, needs and behaviors?

DARE TO SLOW DOWN "Don’t do things as fast as possible but as well as possible - that’s the key. Slow down to take time to work better, learn better and live better."
In a world drowned in the cult of speed, it’s not surprising that it moved down that path of trying to accelerate everything - from the way of living, working, to the way of eating, and even of loving and dating - everything was on this upward curve of acceleration. This obsession with doing everything faster was backfiring. It was taking a toll on health, relationships, families, communities. It hampered the ability to think, innovate, lead, create and even thrive at work.
At the same time, negative consequences of over-tourism have been turned upside down. Marine life is frolicking in crystal clear-waters, and empty overly trodden paths to world heritage sites are sprouting wildflowers.

People are waking up to the carelessness of this roadrunner culture and trying to dial down the speed for a happier life. The slow movement advocates a shift towards reducing the pace. It’s an ideology claiming that fast is not always better and that a conscious and mindful approach actually yields better results.

Now, time away will need to really feel worth leaving home for. We need to allow ourselves to invest in time again. Travel less, but travel better is a new trend rising. We will dedicate ourselves to plan longer trips and sabbaticals where you can really get to know and be immersed in a destination and it's culture.
Instead of hopping on a low-cost flight for the sake of it, people will spend more time planning, prepping and squeezing the most out of the anticipation. Once-in-a-lifetime holidays will become exactly that again.
SEIZE AUTHENTICITY "Do things differently and always take risks to be as curious and as innovative as possible."

We’ll be more consciously choosing destinations where we can support the local communities, in the hope that our trips help them recover from this lock-down. We’ll want to support hotels providing revenue for much-needed cultural and environmental preservation, that strive to support sustainability and that take serious matters in consideration, such as carbon footprint. Seizing authenticity, the race is on to search a holistic and unique travel experience tailored to specific wishes, needs and constraints.
Even better if all is inspired by the region, leveraging the service standards to the highest levels in order to guarantee health, safety and a sense of freedom with great comfort. It needs to be passionate about everything, having an eye for detail driving customers to delight and hope to make the difference on a daily basis.
AND PRIME SUITES IS ALL ABOUT THAT!
A ‘low-volume, high-value’ or ‘less-is-more’ is the model tourism will now follow. Ask yourself why you always loved to travel in the past. Now ask yourself why and how you’ll want to travel as we come out of this.
It’s clear, we’ll never return to the old version of ‘normal’. We will emerge more conscious, conscientious and sensitive to the health of people and planet, and we’ll be ready to help the world heal.
PASSION FOR BELONGING "It's all about bringing people together, facilitating understanding and making each one of you feel special."
CREATE EXPERIENCES.
Many people wait for something to happen or someone to make it happen. You are responsible for your own life experiences.
